Return Policy

We always prioritize product quality and optimal shopping experience for all customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within 180 days, provided that all items remain unused, intact and with original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 working days. You may also opt for product exchange as an alternative solution.

Please send an email to service@jskeuc.com with your return or exchange request, along with your relevant order details.

Securely pack your returned items and include the original order invoice inside the parcel. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use standard logistics-compliant packaging materials.

Affix our official return shipping label clearly on the package and fully cover all previous shipping labels. Drop off your parcel at designated offline service outlets of authorized logistics providers.

You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your returned package. Regular-priced products are eligible for exchange, store credit or full refund, and all relevant procedures will be finalized within 7 working days upon receipt. Unless otherwise stated in promotional rules, discounted items are only available for exchange and store credit services.
